On Friday, March 21, well over 800 older adults are expected to attend the 7th annual South County Senior Summit, hosted by Orange County Supervisor Patricia C. Bates in collaboration with the Orange County Office on Aging and Age Well Senior Services.

The focus of this year’s Senior Summit will be “Are You Prepared to Age-In-Place?”, and will feature presentations from leading experts, including Nora Eisenhower, Assistant Director of the Office of Financial Protection for Older Americans; Dr. Laura Mosqueda, Associate Dean of Family Medicine, UCI; Lisa Gibson, Registered Dietician, Age Well Senior Services; Dr. Marilyn Ditty, Chief Executive Officer, Age Well Senior Services; and Karen Roper, Director, OC Community Services.
Registration begins at 8:00 a.m., followed by an informative program including a complimentary continental breakfast and lunch, educational vendor booths, and opportunities to win door prizes.
