Kris Portmann is Cerna Fort Worth’s Care Manager. Kris’ interpersonal and customer care skills have been finely honed from a 35 year consumer electronics career, in the areas of sales and marketing. Like many Cerna team members, Kris’ calling to elder care was initiated by personal experiences. Kris was profoundly affected by the toll Parkinson’s disease took on his family when his father-in-law was diagnosed.
He is empathetic of the emotional process in choosing the proper care and compassionate caregivers for a loved one. When the opportunity with Cerna presented itself, Kris jumped at the chance to use his professional and personal abilities to help others.
