You all stepped in at an interesting and trying time. I’m very grateful – and increasingly becoming relieved – for Marc’s, Susan, Valerie’s, Angelia’s, and Al’s involvement, you’ve collectively taken a very bad situation and turned it into a very positive process and experience.
